History
The company was established in Nice in 2010 by the well-known Russian economist and entrepreneur Vitaliy D. Arkhangelskiy.
Initially, the company was conceived as a small real estate agency focused on secondary properties on the Côte d’Azur.
However, as the firm developed, it began to deal with real estate throughout France, as well as in the independent state of Monaco.
The sphere of its activity went beyond the apartment sale and lease transactions: the company began to assist clients in financing and insurance, and provide legal and consulting services.
In 2011, it opened offices in Saint-Petersburg and Kiev, in 2012 – in Moscow, in 2014 – in Almaty.
In 2012, the company expanded the scope of its operations to almost the whole of the existing real estate market in France including apartments, houses, villas, mansions, castles, commercial premises used for various purposes, land, new buildings, and cottage communities.
In 2013, Cofrance Sarl joined ANACOFI, the largest self-regulating association of professional participants in insurance, banking, financial and investment, and real estate markets.
In 2014, the company became France’s leader in real estate services.
